Skills and responsibilities:

  • Assist with set up, take down, and clean up of event space
  • Welcome families, ensure children are signed in and out accordingly, and have name tags
  • Engage children of different age groups and cultural backgrounds in activities and games
  • Provide support and supervision to children while parents participate in sessions
  • Help children with crafts, prepare snacks, provide one-on-one attention, lead reading circle, etc.
  • Guide and redirect children in situations of conflict
